- I grew up in Beaumont, CA, near Palm Springs -- where I spent a great deal of time in the late 60's and 70's. My love for modern and mid-century run deep. I now live with my husband and two young children in Sacramento, CA. We have two mid-century modern homes, one of which is an Eichler. Thanks for stopping by :) *clinking virtual martini*

What a great house! I can't wait to see the progress.
I laughed, I cried, I turned green with envy. I also tried to talk G into renting out our house so we could rent the Eichler from you. Needless to say, it did not go over well.
